https://webmail.yourdomain.com(orhttps://yourdomain.com/webmail) - Log in with your full email address and password
- Choose your preferred webmail app: Roundcube, Horde, or Horde (available options may vary)
Setting up email on a mail app (phone, Outlook, etc.)
To add your email to any mail app, you'll need these settings:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Incoming server (IMAP) | mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL/TLS |
| Incoming server (POP3 — not recommended) | mail.yourdomain.com, port 995, SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing server (SMTP) | mail.yourdomain.com, port 465, SSL/TLS (or port 587, STARTTLS) |
| Username | your full email address |
| Password | your mailbox password |
Use IMAP, not POP3, if you want your emails to stay synced across multiple devices (phone, laptop, webmail).
For step-by-step setup in Outlook specifically, see the Outlook Support category.

| Can't send email, only receive | Wrong SMTP port, or ISP blocking port 25 | Use port 465 or 587 instead of 25 |
| Emails delayed or not arriving | Full mailbox quota | Check disk usage in cPanel and clear old mail |
