Logging in
- Go to
https://yourdomain.com:2083(replace with your actual domain) - Or use
https://yourserverIP:2083if your domain isn't pointed to us yet - Enter the username and password from your welcome email

What you can do in cPanel

| SSL/TLS Status | Check that your site's HTTPS certificate is active |
| Disk Usage | See what's taking up space in your hosting account |
| Softaculous Apps Installer | One-click install WordPress and other apps |
Changing your cPanel password
- Click your username (top right) → Password & Security
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Click Change Password
Use a strong, unique password — this account controls your entire website and email.
Installing WordPress via Softaculous
- In cPanel, open Softaculous Apps Installer
- Search for or select WordPress
- Click Install, choose your domain, and set an admin username/password
- Click Install and wait for it to complete — your login link will be shown when done
Common issues
| Issue | Likely cause | Fix |

| Can't log in to cPanel | Wrong URL, or account temporarily locked after failed attempts | Confirm the URL is correct; wait a few minutes or open a ticket |
